The State Supreme Court ruled against him holding mentally ill sex offenders after their terms if it wasn't provable that their condition was caused by their illness.
It looks like our leaving governor is spending lots of money that the state doesn't have, just to leave a nice little present under the Christmas tree for Governor Spitzer.
Charlie Rangel's bill that he's been pushing forever to reinstate the draft to make people more conscience of the war and make it more equitable for rich and poor, is dead on arrival according to Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi.
It looks like New York State will only be ponying up $1.93 billion under a court ordered setlement, that's likely final for increased school aid to New York City schools.
