Good Morning. It's a happy Monday out there. As always, the weekend went by too quickly, but Labor Day Weekend is quickly approaching. Three days off from work is always nice.
Primary campaigns continue to pour on as the dates continue to fall of the calender and we inch closer and closer to September 18th. Candidates continue to knock on doors and ask for people's support.
My next mini-vacation is scheduled for either Sept 23-24 or Sept 29-30, where I plan to go back to the North Country and camp out on top of Pok-O-Moonshine either in the lean-to or under the stars. I then hope to go up to Plattsburgh on Sunday and visit some of my old haunts up there.
The Autumn weather should be perfect then—or as close as I can get. I love the Adirondacks in the fall. Those are the only two weeks that will work for me it seems, as they are right after the Democratic Primary and still a ways the General Election.
In November I am going to the Young Democrats convention in New Hampshire. It should be great fun, and a chance to meet many of the major presidential candidates, along with lots of private candidate parties with all the good food as they try to smooze potential primary voters. P'Link
