It's super hot and humid out here, but I'm taking it easy, doing some reading, and just relaxing. It's nice to get out of town and see some nice country outside of Albany.
It's beautiful out here in Schoharie County for sure. I love waking up in the woods, and nobody being around. It's amazing how spread out and rural places around here truly are. You sometimes forget how big our great state is when you spend so much time in the city.
Had a nice big ol' campfire last night, and cooked a nice dinner and breakfast on the dual-fuel one burner campstove I have that I burn gasoline in. I couldn't get it started this morning, but a little bit of a pool of gasoline certainly got it going, besides making me jump back about 20 feet.
