Bear Swamp, Partridge Run.

Did the Bear Swamp outer loop trail. Lots and lots of great blueberries (make sure to get the purple, well ripe ones for best taste). All in all, a 2 mile loop. Parts were kind of swampy, you kind of had to be careful where you stepped. One section was crossing narrow rotty boards, over some nasty swamp area—the kind of stuff you certianly wouldn't want to fall in.

Went to Partridge Run to look at bridge along Partridge Run road. Still no repairs to it yet. Followed (successfully, for the first time), the old woods road, that crosses the creek, and goes up the hill, eventually running out to the main road. An interesting hike along the parameter of Partridge Run, but the one side is heavly posted, as it is owned by the White Tail Deer Association of Westerlo.
