This snowy and icy afternoon I took my skis and went to the library to pick up a few CDs and DVDs to listen to when I got back home, and then went down to the Four Corners to grab a few pictures with the sleet/snow coming down and the roads so pretty and covered with snow.
It was beautiful out, and not nearly as cold or nasty as my parents promised it would be should I choose to do this. I made good time on the sidewalks, gliding along on about 3" of snow/ice pack. It was good exercise, enough to keep my warm and burn a few calories.
The four corners where quite beautiful with the trees list, and the street lights casting a warm yellow glow over everything. Coming back there was this very nice and brightly decorated house, along with a beautiful apartment with beautiful trees lit up in the windows. I enjoyed my little skiing in suburbia quite a bit, and beat driving in this rather snowy and icy mix out there.
